Thalia Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship Programme: Engineering

Develop your skills as an engineer and learn with us on an apprenticeship programme. At Thalia, we take personal pride in the service that we offer to the local communities in which we operate. By being involved in exciting projects, learning new skills and working with a great group of people every day, you’ll get the chance to engage and excel in your career and make a positive change to communities across the UK.

What’s in it for you?

As well as gaining recognised qualifications, developing valuable skills and earning a great salary, you’ll be on a permanent contract with paid holidays. We’ll support you every step of the way and, when you’ve finished your apprenticeship, we’ve got a guaranteed job waiting for you.

The minimum qualification needed for an apprenticeship is at least 2 GCSEs grades 9-4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths to apply for an Intermediate Apprenticeship.

When you’re finished your apprenticeship, you’ll be awarded an S/NVQ Level 2 (and Functional Skills if required) in the relevant subject.

What you will receive?

A minimum starting salary £16000 per annum (this may be higher dependent on your GCSE grades). Mentoring and guidance from the industry experts you’ll be working closely with. Support, every step of the way from a manager (to mentor your progress), a buddy (to guide you on programme).
