What attracted you to the Waste Treatment industry?

I have a background in engineering and knew I wanted to apply it such that I could have a positive impact on society. Waste Treatment allowed me to apply my skills while providing a renewable source of energy for the general public Waste is an often-ignored problem amongst our communities and given the environmental challenges, waste and its effective disposal is a key element of tackling those challenges.

What skills do you require to be a project engineer?

You need a STEM background along with the ability to work in a team while staying composed under pressure
