What does your role entail?

I manage the Isle of Wight Domestic Collection Service with a team of 75 staff. We service around 75,000 residential properties a week as well as offering a Garden and Commercial Service

What attracted you to the Waste industry?

I'm very passionate about the environment and I wanted to gain a wider understanding of the waste industry and increase the recycling rate for the Isle of Wight.

What's the best thing about your role and Thalia?

The challenges it faces each day and opportunity to improve recycling rates and minimise landfill diversion. I believe my objectives are align well with Thalia’s which gives me great job satisfaction.
